How do I return an item?
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read the Return/Exchange Policy if you want to return your purchase.
· You can return your item 30 days from the date your order shipped.
· Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to and from The Tennis Zone on all returns and exchanges whenever the return is due to personal reasons including but limited to "wrong item ordered," "do not like," "item no longer needed," “doesn’t fit right,” or "changed mind". If the wrong item was shipped as an error on our part, we will gladly provide a paid return label. You will need to contact us via phone (937) 436-4700 or email (email@example.com) to receive this label.
· ALL returns must be sent via a method that provides a tracking number. The Tennis Zone is not responsible for packages lost in transit. If the tracking number shows it was delivered to us, the return will be processed. If there is no tracking number or package has not been delivered to us we will not be able to process the return and any claim for lost packages must be filed by the sender directly with shipping company.
Clothing: Must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.
RACQUETS: The plastic must remain on the handle, and it must be returned in the box, wrapped in the same protective material it was sent in. If the plastic has been removed from the handle, you will only receive up to a 50% refund, this actual amount will be based on a resale value for a "used" racket, but will never exceed getting back more than 50% of price you paid. If a custom string was used, the cost of the string will not be reimbursed.
SHOES: Must be unworn with the tags still on (when applicable) and in manufacturer’s box and shipped back in either a box or some other type of outer covering to protect the manufacturers box in a way suitable for resale. Do not place any shipping labels or tape on the manufacturers box. Any shoe that is returned to our store with a damaged manufacturers original box cannot be resold and no refund will be issued..
ALL OTHER ITEMS: Must be unopened and undamaged.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Customers whose items were shipped internationally and
were returned to us because they were not accepted, picked up or because of incorrect address
provided, will get a refund of purchase price minus shipping costs.

Once we receive the item(s):
· We can give you an exchange, store credit, or refund (less shipping charges).
· It will take up to 3 days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit if you are a gift recipient. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
· It may take your financial institution approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
